PEBBLE Penguin Rattle - This penguin rattle has a black body with a white belly. He keeps warm with his green striped scarf and hat. Handstitched with cotton yarn, it is soft and lightweight. Perfect for little hands to grab a hold of and will be a playtime favorite long after the spring thaw.
